Empowering Independence
Through the Circle of Support
We are committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independently and fully participating in their communities. Through our personalized Personal Supports and Supported Living programs, we provide tailored assistance to promote independence in daily life. Our services are designed to meet each person's unique needs, whether it’s building life skills, fostering meaningful relationships, or accessing community opportunities. Additionally, our Day Habilitation Services focus on enhancing daily living, socialization, and employment skills through engaging activities, while our Employment Services support individuals in exploring, securing, and maintaining meaningful employment. With flexible support hours and an emphasis on choice and empowerment, we ensure individuals have the resources they need to thrive at home and in the community.
Supported Living
Supported Living promotes independence by providing person-directed services in a shared home with a roommate of choice. Support hours range from 4 to 24 hours per day and include help with daily activities like medical care, meal planning, community involvement, medication management, and financial tasks.
Day Habilitation Services
Our Day Habilitation services are designed to equip individuals with the essential skills needed for daily living and active community participation. We emphasize a holistic approach to development, fostering growth in daily living, socialization, and employment through purposeful and impactful activities.
Employment Services At SSS
SSS utilizes a structured approach to assist individuals in exploring, securing, and sustaining successful employment. Our team leverages the Customized Employment process to assess and align ideal job conditions with the specific needs of local employers. By tailoring each job search to the individual’s strengths and preferences, we ensure a greater potential for long-term success and satisfaction in the workplace.
