Colline Hernandez-Ayala, President of the Board

Colline is a partner at GTM Architects, where she has practiced since 2004 and leads the Multifamily/Mixed-Use Studio. 

She is a member of the National Organization of Minority Architects, Urban Land Institute, Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, and is a former board member of Cultural Tourism DC. 

She possesses over 25 years of experience being involved in all phases of the design process from initial feasibility and land-use analysis thru construction. Ayala began her career as an architectural designer at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in Chicago, working on high-rise commercial structures. 

Colline is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.Arch.
